Michael Hyde is the Planning Director and Department
head for the office. CoraLee Sanchez is the Office
Specialist.

Some of our
duties include overseeing the Subdivision Development
process, Zoning, Conditional Use Permits, and Road Requests.
These are done through our office to be heard by the
Planning & Zoning Commission. They meet the first

In 1999 the
Public Lands Use Committee was formed by the Duchesne County
Commission. The Planning Office also oversees this
