PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Duchesne County Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:00 p.m., June 6, 2006. at the Duchesne County Administrative Building, Commission Chambers, 734 N. Center Street, Duchesne, Utah,
Public Hearing
	Tom Thacker, Thacker Auto Repair, requesting a Variance from the 30-foot front yard setback standard to construct an office addition to an existing repair shop extending to within ten (10) feet of the front property line.  The business is located on the north side of 1500 South and the east side of Highway 87, on property described as: Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Upalco Townsite, located in Section 27, Township 2 South, Range 3 West
