There are two Justice Courts in Duchesne County:

West Side Precinct Justice Court

All Class B and Class C Misdemeanors that are not accompanied by Class A Misdemeanors or any felonies are handled in the Justice Courts unless they occurred within Roosevelt City limits, in which case they are heard in the Roosevelt Department of the Eighth District Court.

Small Claims matters are also filed in the Justice Courts.
