2010 Commercial Exhibit Information

Hello We are so excited about the Duchesne County Fair this year. We are hoping it will be another great year for everyone. The Fair will be the week of Aug. 9th - Aug. 14th. Here is a tentative schedule: Monday- August 9th      Arenacross - 4-H Livestock Weigh-Ins & Judging -      All Night Volleyball Tuesday- August 10th      Little Buckaroo Rodeo - Baby Show - Carnival Opens -      Mutton Bustin' - Under the Tent Entertainment Wednesday- August 11th      Special Entertainment - Under the Tent Entertainment -      Senior Citizen Appreciation Dinner Thursday- August 12th      Demolition Derby - Battle of the Band Entertainment Friday- August 13th      Rodeo - All Night Coed Softball Tournament - Under the      Tent Entertainment, Magician - Fire works - Dance Saturday- August 14th      Fun Run/Walk - Triathlon - Kids & Teen Day - Open      Horse Pull - Car Show - Under the Tent Entertainment -      Parade - Rodeo - Fireworks - Dance As you can see it will be a great week.  For those of you serving food, you will need to be sure to get your food handlers permit and a temporary food service permit. These can be obtained from Tri-County Health Dept. The phone number is (435)722-6300.  We will also bring around a sales tax form and chart so you can remit your sales tax. Plan sales tax into your prices.

The 2010 application is available in a PDF format.  To reserve your space, return the completed application and fee(s) for your booth space(s). We will reserve the space(s) as soon as we receive your payment.

We will jury your application and notify you. Fees for booth spaces are as follows: If you reside IN Duchesne County: Food Booth $100.00 Non-Food Booth $50.00. If you reside OUTSIDE of Duchesne County: Food Booth $150.00 Non Food Booth $75.00 This includes Space only. You're responsible for awnings, extension cords, lighting, water containers etc. We will be having all food booths in the food court area, and all booth spaces will be assigned. To reserve a space send your application and payment to the address listed below. Be sure your phone number is listed on your paperwork so you can be contacted if there is a problem.
