United States citizen, at least 18 years old on or before election day, and will have
resided in the State for 30 days prior to election day.

Registration may be done year round except for the 20-day period preceding any primary,
general or special election.
After you have registered to vote you will be issued a voter information card, this card
provides important information: your voting precinct number, congressional, senate,
representative and school board districts and your polling location for countywide
elections. Keep this card for easy reference.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SHOW YOUR VOTER INFORMATION CARD TO VOTE!
New voting laws may
require
some voters to show identification

Remember to re-register to vote if you change your address or your name.
Utah does not require you to designate a political party to register. Party affiliation is
optional on the registration form. In a Primary Election, you can only vote for the
candidates of one party. In the General Election, you may vote for candidates of any
political party.

places may be different than those used in even-numbered years.
Countywide elections are held in even-numbered years and are administered by the County
Clerk/Auditors office.
The Election Division is under the direction of JoAnn Evans, Duchesne County
Chief Deputy Clerk.
