MINUTES FOR REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING HELD
MARCH 30, 2004 BEGINNING AT 2:30 P.M.
IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM #1 OF
THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
IN DUCHESNE, UTAH
Present:
Commission Chairman Larry S. Ross, Commissioner Kent Peatross,
Deputy Clerk/Auditor Judy Mutton and Andrea Arnold taking minutes.
2004 surplus Property Sale Bid/Proposal Discussion and
Awarding of Bid
Deputy Mutton stated she has received the information for the
auctioneer bids from ZJ Auction and Peatross Auction for the
surplus sale (see attached). She stated ZJ Auction would do the
advertising for that sale for six hundred dollars ($600).
Commissioner Ross asked Deputy Mutton her opinion of the bids.
She stated she feels comfortable with Peatross Auction because
their rules are more detailed and their bid seems more
realistic. Commissioner Peatross motioned to accept the bid from
Peatross Auction for services during the 2004 Surplus Sale based
on Deputy Mutton’s recommendation. Commissioner Ross seconded
the motion. Both commissioners voted aye and the motion
passed.
Adjournment
The commission adjourned the meeting at 2:40 p.m.
