MINUTES FOR REGULAR COMMISSION MEETING HELD
NOVEMBER 17, 2003 BEGINNING AT 1:00 P.M.
IN THE COMMISSION BOARD ROOM
IN DUCHESNE, UTAH

Commissioners Present:  Commission Chairman Larry S. Ross and Commissioner Kent Peatross.

Others Present:  Andrea Higbee taking minutes.

Prayer: Commissioner Ross
Pledge of Allegiance:  All wishing to participate.

Minutes of Meeting Held November 10, 2003
Commissioner Peatross motioned to approve the minutes as corrected.  Commissioner Ross seconded the motion.  Both commissioners voted aye and the motion passed.

Hospital Board Appointment
Commissioner Peatross motioned to table the appointment until after the candidates could be interviewed.  Commissioner Ross seconded the motion.  Both commissioners voted aye and the motion passed.

Tax Adjustments
Andrea Higbee presented the following tax adjustments for approval:

00-030-1709 0651U	2003	-$529.43	Transferred home to 651-1 on wrong parcel.
00-033-8115	2003	+$516.73	Home transferred here from 651-1 on wrong parcel.

Commissioner Peatross motioned to approve the tax adjustments.   Commissioner Ross seconded the motion.  Both commissioners voted aye and the motion passed.

Vouchers
Andrea Higbee presented vouchers #85910 through #86004 in the amount of one hundred twenty-seven thousand, three hundred two dollars and eighty-one cents ($127,302.81) for approval.   Commissioner Peatross motioned to approve.   Commissioner Ross seconded the motion.  Both commissioners voted aye and the motion passed.

Adjourn
Commissioner Peatross motioned to adjourn the meeting at 1:25 p.m.  Commissioner Ross seconded the motion.  Both commissioners voted aye and the motion passed.
