Mrs. Humes stated that they had been in thirteen years ago to request the road work on 5000 south in Fruitland.  The county started work on the road some time ago then stopped while a water line was being run and never returned.  The Humes are restoring an old cemetery at the end of the road.  When the weather is wet the road is a mud bog.
